  • How could I find what I want to buy?

  • If you already have product you want in mind, you could find your items from search function which located on top-right corner of our website. Moreover, you could restrict the result of your preferable products e.g. size and color by using filter function.
  • What size should I wear?

  • If you are not sure what size would fit you? You could check from size chart as below. If you would like to try on to make sure, we are willing to welcome you to our store.
  • Could I place an order by phone?

  • We do apologize that we still do not have a policy to receive an order via phone. You can shop our products from:

  • Is it necessary to register on website first if I want to purchase online?

  • You can order products on website even you are not a member of our website. However being 4F website members would get some privilege which depends on each period. We recommend our grateful customers to register and be our member to get all benefits that we provide.
  • How could I make a payment if I want to purchase online?

  • You can  make a payment in many way as follow;
    - Credit Card / Debit Card
    - Bank Transfer
  • How do I know if my payment has been successful?

  • After you fill all needed informations and follow steps of payment until the last process, you will receive Payment Confirmation e-mail.
  • When will I receive my order?

  • Your order will be delivered in 3 – 7 business days after payment verification which exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Thailand’s official holidays. Moreover, on period of big promotion, season of sale or beyond expected order numbers may extend delivery period. However, we would put every effort to delivery your order in the shortest time as we could.
  • If I didn’t get what I ordered, what should I do?

  • I haven’t received my receipt. How can I get one?

  • If the receipt doesn’t go with the delivery in case you do shopping on website, please inform us by email: info@4fthailand.com or phone call: 02-051-3235
  • How do I add, delete or change products in my basket?

  • - If you would like to “add” products in your basket, please follow these steps: First enter to the page of products you want then choose color, size and quantity you want. After that click “Add to cart” then your selected product will be in your basket promptly.

    - If you would like to “delete” products in your basket, please follow these steps: first you have to click on “BASKET” icon which is on top-right corner of the website. It will lead you to the page that show list of your selected products. Then you can click icon "X" of your products.

    - If you would like to “change” products quantity in your basket, first you have to click on “BASKET” icon which is on top-right corner of the website. It will lead you to the page that show list of your selected products. Then you can fix the quantity of your products.
  • Is it possible that address on receipt differ from shipping address?

  • Address on your receipt can be different from shipping address. If both addresses are the same you can click “same address with shipping address”, so you don’t have to fill form again. It will be very convenient for our customers.
