• Can I exchange my products?

  • Product exchange could not be proceeded but you can return the product and order items you want. Return product must be in conditions of Return Policy.
  • Could I change products I have bought? What are conditions? How could I proceed that?

  • Product could be returned in terms of following conditions and policy;

    Return Policy
    1. Purchased items could be refunded within 14 days after the date of receiving. The item must be in good conditions, not damaged, unworn and unwashed. All good conditions of tags and packages must be with the item.
    2. The original receipt is necessary to be brought with the item.
    3. In case of defect items which caused by our production, we gladly accept refund request for customers. If the defect caused by other reasons e.g. misuse etc., please note that we reserve the right to deny refund if condition of the item does not meet the Return Policy requirements.

    For Return we will refund only “item purchase amount” which delivery fee is not included.
  • What should I do if product I purchased turn out to be faulty?

  • If the product that you purchase turn out to be faulty which caused by production process. We are willing to give you full refund of products you’ve purchased and also delivery fee. You can proceed by following these steps;
    1. Make a copy of your receipt or Tax invoice which be able to see all details clearly.
    2. Take a photo of defect product ( damaged area)
    3. Send us both documents and give us details of problem to e-mail :

    We will contact you back as soon as possible after we receive all information.
  • How long can I get my money back after I ask for refund?

  • For online purchase, we have to wait until products arrive us and check item conditions before start refund process. If the product is in condition of Return policy. We will do our best to do refund process to make you get money back as soon as possible.
  • Why do I have to wait the return products arrive at 4F so I could get my money back?

  • It’s necessary for us to receive the products first because we have to check that items are in terms of “4F Return policy”. For returned items which have proved that defect occurred from production, we gladly refund the full amount of purchased products.
  • Do I get refund for delivery fee if I do return?

  • We have to apologize we could only refund for the product which exclude delivery fee.
  • Could the products be shipped oversea (Not in Thailand)?

  • We do apologize for that right now we only provide domestic delivery.
  • Do I have to pay for delivery fee if I purchase online?

  • We gladly offer free delivery for every purchase which more than 2,500 THB after discount. For less than 2,500 THB purchase, delivery fee will be charged 150 THB.
